Sugar Republic is Australia’s first pop-up experience for sweet lovers.

We believe that the fun shouldn’t stop when you’re a grown-up, so we created a wonderland of nostalgic spaces where you can re-live your childhood and immerse yourself in joy.

We launched in 2018 at Melbourne’s historic MacRobertson’s chocolate factory, selling out every day of our 8 week run.

Since then we’ve been on tour around the east coast of Australia. We’re currently working on a brand new Sugar Republic 2020!
